CLEARANCE

House clearance can also be carried out, if required, as part of a one-stop service.  This is arranged by my partner James.  This service is usually required in house sales involving the death of a loved one after probate has been issued and any items that the family wish to keep have been removed.

James is an antiques dealer by trade and will offer to buy items of interest to offset the cost of clearing the remaining house contents. 

 

If no such items exist James will quote a fixed fee for him and his team to clear and dispose of the unwanted house contents.  James will arrange skip permits and disposal costs as necessary.

While James and his team are clearing the house, I will clean.  The time this process takes depends on the size of the house and items to clear.

All costs will be discussed and agreed upfront.
