• I can clean the whole house once it is empty, or room by room as the contents are removed, whichever suits you best.

End-of-tenancy cleans to the specifications detailed in your letting agreement.

• This can include carpet cleaning if required. 

• I can liaise directly with the letting agent to ensure that the property is cleaned to the standard required for your end-of-tenancy deposit to be refunded.  

• I will confirm to the letting agent that you have paid for the property to be professionally cleaned and I will rectify anything which the agent deems necessary after they have inspected it.  

• You simply hand over the keys to me once you have removed your furniture and walk away.  The rest is down to me!
